Customer preparation:

• All goods must be on site.
• This is an installation service only and not a supply of product - unless otherwise specified.
• Engineers will try their best to avoid damage to interior and exterior walls, but cracks can occur due to impact of any drilling required.

Customer must:

• ensure the product is suitable for the installation.
• Ensure all locations free of obstruction.
• Charge batteries in devices before service.

Failed appointments

• If your item delivery has been delayed then please contact us a ASAP.
• We will do it best to reschedule your appointment avoiding charges where possible.

If you cancel an installation a cancellation fee may apply.

• within 24 hours of the booked appointment a £50.
• After arrival at site a minimum of 1 hour plus travel time will be charged.
